The design of the centre

The first and main idea the TMA wanted to impose was an Islamic centre opened to everybody, whatever he or she is or believes in. So, we will have a rule saying 1/3 of the centre for the Muslims( the place of worship) and 2/3 for everybody ( education and cultural sections). This rule will be fundamental and everybody will have to accept it because it is one of the major goal of the centre

The architecture of the centre perfectly reflects its articulation around three sections. The place of worship is an Islamic type of architecture with a 15m long minaret and with little domes on the top of it. The education and cultural sections are of contemporary style which gives an harmonious link between two types of architecture. The three sections are linked by large covered and transparent paths.
