Project 

In November 1999, the association hired a technical team to manage the building of the centre with the following goals :

 Continuing the political discussion with the town representatives so that to precise the modalities of the centre construction ;

 Negotiations with the State who owns the land ;

 Choice of an architect to begin the architectural studies so that to deposit the building permit as soon as possible ;

 Make the link between the different administrative sections easier so that to start the sooner the centre ;

 Giving proper information, internal and external (for the inhabitants of Trappes, the local press, but all to the persons initaially opposed to the project) ;

 Organising a campaign to finance the centre project for the studies and acquisition of the land.
